What we do
We work on financing sustainable infrastructure projects across the Industry 5.0 sectors for the Earth & Space economies.
Sectors
Each sector needs the same things: power, land, fibre and skilled people. Select one to see it.

Data centres
Sustainable data centres and digital infrastructure
Data centre campuses delivered with Digital Reef, from permitted land with grid power to fully fitted and commissioned.
How we look at data centres
Real estate
Sustainable, income-producing real estate
Smart cities, living, hotels, resorts, sports and entertainment. Assets with scarcity value that can support a resilient income are preferred.
How we look at real estate
Clean energy
Generation, storage and advanced fuels
Renewables, storage, grids and microgrids, synthetic fuels and nuclear, powering industry and communities.
How we look at clean energy
Food
Vertical farming and food security
Controlled-environment farming that shares power, heat and water with the infrastructure around it.
How we look at food
Smart ports
Ports and logistics
Ports and logistics that move the materials, fuel and goods the other sectors depend on.
How we look at smart ports
Resources
Land, water and critical minerals
Water, materials recovery and recycling, rare earths and critical minerals, and land and nature-based assets.
How we look at resources
Industry 5.0
Advanced manufacturing, automation, deep tech and defence
Real estate and infrastructure for logistics and distribution, advanced manufacturing, automation and robotics, deep tech and defence, powered by clean energy and microgrids.
How we look at Industry 5.0
Tech infrastructure
Smart city, space launch and space infrastructure
Smart city systems, space launch and space infrastructure, for the Earth & Space economies.
How we look at tech infrastructure
Environmental impact
Impact is part of every project we work on. Each one carries digital measurement, reporting and verification (dMRV) through our partner Xange.com.
Energy, water and emissions are measured at source and reported in real time, from design through operation, so investors, lenders, occupiers and auditors see the same data.

dMRV on every project
- Measured at source. Performance is captured where it happens, in real time, not estimated after the event.
- End-to-end tracking. Every asset is monitored for energy use, water consumption and emissions, from inception through construction to operation.
- Efficiency first. Reducing energy and water consumption comes first, then mitigation.
- Always connected. Real-time data puts reporting in the hands of investors, lenders, occupiers, insurers and auditors.
Nature-based mitigation
- Targeted, not blanket. Mitigation is reserved for residual emissions that efficiency cannot yet eliminate. It is never a substitute for reduction.
- Monitored, reported and verified. Environmental digital assets are generated from combined satellite and on-the-ground data.
- Scale. The programme is linked to a 30-million-hectare protected area in the South Amazon rain forest.
- Community-led. In partnership with Oreasoc Agriculture Inc., supporting local communities to protect biodiversity, develop local economies and secure land tenure.
