Why Origin Assets exists
Origin Assets was launched in 2026 by the founders of Reef Origin, NOXXO and Xange.com to focus on sustainable real-world assets. They saw the same gap from three sides.
Sustainable infrastructure across the Earth & Space economies, from data centres and clean energy to food, ports and resources, was ready to build. The capital interested in it was not set up to fund a single project at its earliest stage. Origin Assets was formed to work in that gap, one project at a time.
Sites: designs, develops and delivers sustainable digital and green energy infrastructure projects.
Capital movement: payment, FX and settlement rails.
Proof: environmental market infrastructure and dMRV.

How we assess projects
We judge every project, in any of our eight sectors, on the four things that decide whether it gets built.
- Secured power and utilities
- Planning consent
- Clean land title
- A credible offtaker or end user
A project that falls short on any of them does not proceed.
Any transaction relates to one project and is made only under its own signed agreements. Every party takes its own legal, tax and financial advice.
What we do not do
We do not take deposits, hold client money or offer investments to the public.
We do not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
No payment or investment can be made through this website.
Sustainability
We favour projects with a defined route to low-carbon power and environmental performance that can be measured and reported. Every project carries dMRV through our partner Xange.com, which tracks energy, water and emissions from design through operation.
